Frag-Maria is an interactive system based on AI agents. The assistant answers questions, helps with product selection, and provides recommendations, directly, personally, and based on your input.
What you should know about data processing:
Consent-based: The chatbot processes your questions and answers exclusively after your active, explicit consent. Without this consent, no processing takes place.
Processed data: Your user questions are recorded, and optionally your email address if you request a support redirection. No other personal data is collected.
No disclosure without legal basis: Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legal basis for doing so.
Legal basis: Consent in accordance with Art. 31 FADP (Switzerland) / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (EU)

AI-generated images
For certain illustrative content on frag-maria.ai, we use AI-powered image tools. These images are purely for visual purposes and are not based on personal data.
Technical origin: The images are created with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and other tools, based on prompts and training data, without recourse to real persons or user profiles.
No personal data: No customer data, user information, or personal details are processed during image generation. The images are entirely synthetic in nature.
Data protection compliant use: The use complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG), and the requirements of the EU AI Act.
Transparency & labeling: AI-generated content is labeled where it is meaningful and relevant. All tools used comply with European standards for data security and the ethical requirements for AI systems.
