Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for subscriptions and digital services
Some services on Frag-Maria.ai may be offered as a subscription, a recurring service or a limited-time introductory package. These cancellation terms explain how you can change or cancel such services.
Subscriptions
When you take out a Frag-Maria subscription, you gain access to recurring digital services. Depending on the package selected, these may include Chat AI, Voice AI, telephony, Connect AI, Face AI, operation, maintenance, further development, support or other agreed service components.
Billing is based on the term and payment frequency selected at the time of purchase or in the offer. Your payment details are stored and processed securely via the payment and subscription service providers used. Recurring payments are debited automatically unless advance payment or a different arrangement has been agreed.
Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the model selected. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it in accordance with the agreed terms and notice periods.
You can manage your subscription via the order confirmation, your customer account or an external subscription portal. There, provided it is technically possible, you can update payment details, view subscription information or request changes.
Cancellation and changes
You can cancel or change your subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the relevant offer, contract or checkout. Cancellation usually terminates the subscription at the end of the current contract or billing period. Fees already paid for current periods will not be automatically refunded on a pro rata basis, unless expressly agreed otherwise or required by law.
Changes to the scope of services, additional modules or billing may, depending on the offer, only take effect from the next billing period or following individual consultation.
Setup Services
One-off setup, design, integration, configuration, prompting, knowledge base, design, testing or onboarding services are provided on an individual basis and, once service provision has commenced, are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If cancellation takes place before the start of service provision, we will assess on a case-by-case basis whether and to what extent expenses already incurred, reserved resources or external costs will be charged.
Digital services and active use
As Frag-Maria involves digital services and individually configured AI solutions, service provision often begins with design, setup, technical configuration, system access, the creation of prompts, the development of knowledge bases, or integration into websites, shops, telephony systems or third-party tools.
Following activation, go-live or productive use, there is generally no entitlement to a refund for services already provided or currently being provided, unless expressly agreed otherwise or required by law.
Fair-Start or trial models
If a Fair-Start, pilot or trial model is offered, the terms and conditions specified therein apply. Upon expiry of the agreed introductory or trial phase, the model may transition into a regular subscription, provided this was specified accordingly in the offer, contract or checkout process.
If you do not wish to continue the subscription, you must cancel it before the agreed deadline or inform us in good time.
Pre-orders
Frag-Maria does not generally offer traditional pre-orders for physical products. Should a service exceptionally be offered as a pre-order or with a later start date, the terms and conditions specified in the relevant offer or checkout process apply.
Try before you buy
Frag-Maria does not generally offer a traditional “try before you buy” model for physical products. Should a pilot, proof of concept or trial access be offered, the terms agreed separately for this shall apply.
Returns and refunds
For returns, refunds and any exceptions, our Refund Policy, our General Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions specified in the relevant offer or contract also apply.
