Delivery and Provision Policy

Frag-Maria offers digital services and subscription-based services in the areas of Chat AI, Voice AI, Telephony, Connect AI and Avatars. No physical goods are dispatched.

1. No physical delivery

As Frag-Maria offers digital services and customised AI solutions, no physical products are delivered or dispatched.

2. No delivery charges

As no physical delivery takes place, no delivery charges apply.

3. Provision of services

The services booked are provided digitally. The specific process depends on the model booked, the agreed scope of services and the respective setup and integration requirements.

Implementation begins following the conclusion of the contract, order confirmation and – where necessary – upon receipt of all information, content, approvals, access details and technical specifications from the customer required for the setup.

4. Start of service provision

The start of service provision depends on the model booked and the specific scope of the project and setup.

For standard models, implementation begins once the contractual agreement has been concluded and the necessary cooperation from the customer has been provided. An immediate automatic go-live following purchase is only possible if this is expressly provided for in the relevant quotation.

5. Digital setup and activation

The setup, configuration and activation of Frag-Maria are carried out digitally. Depending on the scope of services booked, this may include the following steps in particular:

- Definition of the use case
- Provision of content and knowledge bases
- Technical coordination and integration
- Configuration of the desired channels
- Testing, approval and go-live

6. Customer cooperation

The customer is responsible for providing all necessary information, content, documents, access details and approvals in a timely manner.

Delays caused by the customer’s failure to cooperate, or by incomplete or late cooperation, may result in a corresponding postponement of the start of services, setup, testing and go-live.

7. No delivery times for physical goods

As no physical goods are dispatched, standard shipping, delivery or dispatch times do not apply. The project, setup or provision times specified in the quotation, order confirmation or individual agreement shall apply.

8. Individual services

For Enterprise & Custom, the individually agreed terms, schedules, responsibilities and provision processes apply.
