Frag-Maria™ Digital Inclusion
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for design and development to make content more accessible for people with disabilities. We strive for conformance with WCAG 2.1 at AA level.
🔶
Partially conformant
WCAG 2.1, Level AA — partially conformant
Partially conformant means that certain functions or content do not yet fully meet the requirements. We have identified the affected areas and are actively working on resolving them. Details are listed in the section “Known Limitations”.
Scope
This statement applies to the website www.frag-maria.ai, operated by salesbroker gmbh, Zurich.
Audit Method
Self-assessment based on code analysis, color contrast measurements, and structural review of all page components.
Our Accessibility Measures
salesbroker gmbh is taking the following measures to ensure the accessibility of Frag-Maria™:
-
✓ Consideration of accessibility in the design and development of all page components
-
✓ Adherence to WCAG-compliant contrast requirements (min. 4.5:1) for all newly created page types
-
✓ Semantically correct HTML structure with landmark regions (
header, main, footer, nav) on all pages
-
✓ Correct page titles and
lang attribute on all pages (lang="de")
-
✓ Continuous auditing and remediation of identified accessibility issues
-
✓ Open feedback option for users encountering barriers
-
✓ Collaboration with third-party tools (chat, video) to improve their accessibility
Known Limitations
We are transparent about existing limitations and are actively working to resolve them. The following overview shows the current status:
In progress
Color contrast for accent colors
Our gold color (#c8a94a) achieves a contrast ratio of approx. 2.25:1 on light backgrounds — below the required 4.5:1. This affects individual decorative accent elements and badge texts on light surfaces.
Reference: WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 1.4.3 (Contrast — Minimum)
In progress
Muted text colors
Secondary text colors in "Muted" style (#8a8480) on a white background achieve a contrast ratio of approx. 3.65:1 and therefore do not fully meet the AA requirement.
Reference: WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 1.4.3 (Contrast — Minimum)
Planned
Video content without subtitles / transcript
The animated hero video contains spoken content that is currently not accessible without subtitles or a text equivalent. This limits access for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals.
Reference: WCAG 2.1 Success Criteria 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 (Audio Description, Captions)
In progress
Keyboard navigation — Slider & Chat Widget
The mobile swipe slider for content cards and the integrated chat widget may not be fully operable via keyboard. We are working with the provider to improve compatibility and evaluating alternative access methods.
Reference: WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 2.1.1 (Keyboard)
Planned
Focus visibility for interactive elements
For certain interactive elements, the keyboard focus may be obscured by theme styles or not clearly visible. A system-wide review and explicit focus styles are being implemented.
